How do I place an order on your website?
  • Browse Products
    Navigate through our categories (Gifts, Toys, Giveaways, etc.) and click on the product you like.

  • Choose Options
    Select any available options such as color, size, or quantity.

  • Add to Cart
    Click the “Add to Cart” button to add the item to your shopping cart.

  • View Cart
    When you're ready, click the cart icon at the top right and select “View Cart” to review your items.

  • Proceed to Checkout
    Click “Proceed to Checkout”, then fill in your shipping and payment details.

  • Place Your Order
    Review your information and click “Place Order” to complete your purchase.

  • Order Confirmation
    You’ll receive an order confirmation email with your order details and tracking info (once shipped).

How can I track my order status ?

 

  • Track via Email
    After placing your order, you'll receive an order confirmation email with a tracking link (once your order has been shipped). Simply click on the link to view real-time updates on your package.

  • Track Through Your Account

    • Log in to your account.

    • Go to “My Orders” in the dashboard.

    • Find the order you want to track and click on “View Order” to check the status and tracking details.

What Shipping Methods do you offer?
